1. About the service

aimard.net and the AI Mard publishing tool (the "App") are operated by AI Mard. The App is an internal tool that prepares AI Mard's educational content about AI and marketing automation and, after manual approval by an AI Mard administrator, publishes it to AI Mard's own accounts on Instagram, Facebook, Threads, LinkedIn and TikTok.

2. Acceptable use

The App may be used only by authorized AI Mard administrators and only for accounts AI Mard owns or manages. Every post is reviewed and approved by a person before publishing. Content must comply with the rules of each platform.

3. Content

AI Mard is responsible for the content it publishes. Content on our channels is for educational and informational purposes and is not professional advice.

4. Third-party platforms

Your use of the connected platforms remains subject to their own terms. AI Mard is not responsible for their availability or changes.

5. Liability

The website and App are provided "as is", without warranties, to the extent permitted by law.
