Privacy Policy

This policy explains how AI Mard ("we", "us") handles information in connection with aimard.net and our internal content publishing tool (the "App"). The App is used only by AI Mard to publish AI Mard's own content to AI Mard's own social media accounts.
1. Information we access
- Account connection data. When an AI Mard administrator connects one of AI Mard's accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Threads, LinkedIn, TikTok), the platform gives us an access token, the account or page ID and basic profile information (such as display name).
- Content we create. Images, captions and texts prepared by AI Mard for publishing.
We do not collect personal data of other users, followers or visitors through the App. This website does not use advertising cookies or trackers.
2. How we use it
Only to publish and manage AI Mard's own posts on the connected accounts, and to keep the connection active (refreshing access tokens). We do not sell, rent or share this information with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising.
3. Storage and security
Access tokens are stored encrypted in transit and at rest in our private database and in private, access-controlled configuration. Only AI Mard administrators have access.
4. Retention and deletion
We keep connection data only while the account is connected. You can disconnect the App at any time in the settings of the respective platform (for example TikTok: Settings → Security → Manage app permissions; LinkedIn: Settings → Data privacy → Permitted services). To request deletion of any stored data, email contact@aimard.net; we delete it within 30 days.
5. Third-party platforms
Use of Instagram, Facebook, Threads, LinkedIn and TikTok is also governed by those platforms' own privacy policies.
